About the Tiny Tacklers Kids Rugby Programme
An Uniquely Designed, Fun Rugby Programme For 18 Month To 7 Year Olds
The programmme is focused on the FUNdamentals of physical development and fundamental movement, hand-eye coordination, ball handling and running skills, and also, very importantly, building confidence in each child, through the development of their social skills.
Tiny Tacklers is our early years programme, designed to develop the movement skills and basic rugby skills and to help kids to be more confident within themselves, and get them ready to when they can join or transition to a rugby club or sports club.
We create an enviroment in which to learn these skills, through many fun and engaging activities.
Tiny Tacklers is a family focused activity where children and parents/guardians can have fun together, which we believe, is a key ingredient in the success of our classes. We call it the Tiny Tacklers Family affect! We are very proud of the Tiny Tacklers community.
We run the following age group classes:
18 month to 3.5 year olds
3.5 year to 5 year olds
5 year to 7 year olds

Time •9:00 - 9:30 (18m to 3.5 years), 9:45 - 10:30 (3.5 to 5 years), *10:45 - 11:30 (5 to 7 years)
*NOTE THAT WE’LL COMBINE THE 10:45 SESSION WITH THE 3.5 to 5 YEAR OLDS AT 9:45 UNTIL WE HAVE SUFFICIENT NUMBERS TO RUN STAND-ALONE SESSIONS FOR THE 10:45 TIME SLOT
Typical Term Cost - It depends on the number of weeks per term. For example a 12 week term the cost will be £125.40 (£10.45 per session) that includes a booking fee. If you sign up after the start date the cost will be for the remaining weeks of the term.
Membership - Includes an once off setup & registration fee, a membership pack that includes a TINY TACKLERS t-shirt, cap, water bottle and drawstring bag. Plus discounts to holiday sports camps and any other events and merchandise.
Tiny Tacklers T-Shirt - If they have grown out of their first one = £10 available in blue, green and pink. Included in membership pack where paid.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The class will only run if we have 8 or more children signed up for the term or we’ll combine them.

Prices, Terms & Policies
Payments
There is a booking fee if you would like to pay by card online. However you also do have the option to pay by bank transfer (BACS) and not incur the fee. Simply order/book your classes and tick the ‘bank transfer’ alternative payment option in the checkout process. This way we’ll receive your order, adjust the invoice amount to show it without the booking fee, and will send you a payment link. Once it is settled we will tick the right box and it will then indicate that it is paid in full.
Cost for Weekly Classes
Tiny Tacklers - The current cost works out to £10 per session plus platform booking fee and is paid by term. So if a term has 12 sessions the cost for the term will be £120.00 plus your booking fee. Should spaces be available during the term, you are more than welcome to sign your child up for the remainder of the term. You must register for the term/remainder of the term or book a free trial for your child to attend a class. You are welcome to register your interest via the booking form or contact form, and we’ll get back in touch. You will be added to a waiting list should there be no spaces available. We’ll communicate this with you.
Cost for Camps
Currently cost from £30 per child per half day, and is normally running from 9:00 to 13:00 or £50 for full day camps we run. *Sibling discount of 30% applies for any additional sibling signed up in the same week of camps.
Sibling Discount
We have a sibling discount when you sign more than one of your kids up in the same term for an specific programme for example: Tiny Tacklers.
To qualify for the discount, you must sign them all up at the same time (on our online booking system and for the same term).
30% discount on any additional sibling - applicable to all weekly programmes excluding ‘Kids Club’.
30% discount on any additional sibling - applicable on additional siblings booked in for the same rugby and/or multi sport holiday camps.
YOU HAVE A 4TH CHILD?
WOW! Well done!
We will first congratulate you if you have a fourth child taking part in the same programme or same week of camps.
Then we’ll give your 4th child a free place! Just because you’ve earned it!
NOTE: MUST BE signed up in the same term or week of camps as the others!
Minimum Numbers per Class, Camp or Events
For us to run a healthy business and provide the best possible product we can only run classes, camps and events where we have minimum numbers. This depends on the venue, coaching and relevant cost. The following is guideline of minimum numbers:
Weekly class/session = 8 or more
Camp per day = 10 or more
Events = 10 or more
Times, Dates & Venues
The session you signed up for will run on the same time each week and during the term. We will aim to communicate in advance should a time, date or venue change occur for a particular class. We hire the venues and at times the space might be required by the organisation we hire it from or they might ask us to change the times. If we can make alternative arrangements we will.
As we build the numbers in our classes per venue, we tend to combine two different age groups to get to the minimum numbers. This will mean that the time you booked for, might be earlier or later to accommodate this. We will communicate this with you.
Cancellation / Refund policy
You can cancel for a full refund, at anytime up to two days before the first session of the term or camp starts. We suggest a free trial class first (FREE TRIALS are not applicable to events or camps), before you pay for the whole term. Should you want to cancel during the term, you will receive credit to use for future sessions and it is only transferrable to a sibling, and not to friends unfortunately. This will be effective from the day you cancel.

Membership Setup Fee
From the Autumn Term 2021 we introduced an once off £30 membership for our weekly programmes and after school provision. The membership fee includes a merchandise pack for Tiny Tacklers and a registration fee for both Tiny Tacklers and any after school clubs. It also gives you reserved places, priority booking, discount on parties, merchandise and any special events. You also will have a continuous discount of 10% at www.rugbycoffee.com with a special discount code. Note this is a once off setup fee and not an annual fee. It is called The Rugby Universe Merbership.
